Engineer Jengwa is a passionate and experienced change agent, leadership practitioner, consultant and training facilitator with knowledge and experience amassed over years of work in engineering, change management, systems, IT, OE and Supply Chain Management. He holds a Master Installation Electrician certification, which is an invaluable skillset. Proficient in various disciplines, including specialised electrical and mechanical systems, electro-pneumatics, PLC programming, and also holds certifications in NOSA Supervisor training and automation perfection. For decades, he served as a engineering manager in FMCG, Manufacturing, Petroleum, and Water Treatment, accumulating 10 years of managerial experience within my 33-year career. Successfully trained in optimisation of multidisciplinary artisan teams, ensuring swift resolution of breakdowns and efficient manufacturing processes. He has driven high performance teams to deliver operational excellence for Quality work and services.
Additionally, he has expanded his expertise into the commercial PV solar sector over the last two years. Kobus a certified electrical Engineer with SANS 10142, 10086, 10089 & 10108 Wireman’s Licence, Red Seal S13 Electrician (Cum Laude). He is certified in Chlorine Handling Certified (NCP), OHVS High Voltage Systems, PLC, OHS Act (85 of 1993), SAP, CMMS, and Electro-Pneumatics. He has also certified in Electrical Installation, Solar PV Green Card and Working-at-heights.
